From the North  (West Chester)

Take 202 South, Pass Rte 926 (Street Rd); Turn right at Volvo Dealership and follow sign for Dilworthtown Inn. Pass the Dilworthtown Inn into the “Five Corners” intersection. Take Oakland street (at 11 o’clock); then  Turn right onto Webb Road at the first stop sign.   Follow Webb for about 3/4 of a mile.Turn right onto Lafayette Place. We are the last house and only one on the cul-de-sac. (Number 10 is not marked.)

 

From the South (Kennett Square)/ and Route 52

From Route 52 turn onto Route 1 going North. Just past 100 South take the next left

onto Webb Road and follow it for about a mile. Turn left onto Lafayette Place. We are the last house and only one on the cul-de-sac. (Number 10 is not marked.)

 

From the Painter’s Crossing Intersection. (Philadelphia/Wilmington/ Chester)

At Painter’s Crossing Intersection (Rtes 1, 322 & 202) follow the sign for combined Route 322 West and 202 North. Turn left at 2nd traffic light at the Wawa after Garnett Ford onto Oakland. Turn left onto Webb Road ( 2nd Stop sign on Oakland).  Follow Webb for about ¾ of a mile. Turn right on to Lafayette Place. We are the last house and only one on the cul-de-sac. Directions directly to the McClement Garden:

 

Dover is about a 1 hour drive from Wilmington.

Take I-495 around Wilmington (it starts just below the Delaware state line), and after passing the city, exit onto Route 13 south (to Dover). Past the New Castle airport it becomes Route 1 (a high speed by-pass).  Continue on Route 1 past Odessa and Smyrna until you reach the North Dover exit. Then continue straight across Route 13 on Scarborough Road. It curves to the left and in a mile or so there is a traffic light. Turn right (College Road) and look for the second right, (Woodlands of Fox Hall). Turn right here onto Oakmont Drive; continue until it ends and turn right again onto Carnoustie Road.  Go to the 3rd street on the left  (Prestwick Court) and #50 is the last house on the left.
